Aquabalance is an empowering water exercise experience. Flowing effortless movements are synchronised with breath work and performed to soothing music in the indoor warm water environment.

Zumba is a full-body cardio-dance workout in a fitness party atmosphere. Classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
BODYBALANCE is a low impact workout inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
Stretch & Flex classes improve your flexibility and mobility through a range of movements, stretches and poses.
This class is ideal for injury prevention and recovery, as well as your overall wellbeing.
