- BODYPUMP: a strength endurance and functional conditioning class using light to moderate weights, high reps, a variety of tempos, continuous movement and minimal rest
- BODYPUMP Heavy: a purely strength-focused weightlifting class using moderate to heavy weights, low complexity movements and plenty opportunity for rest
- Strength Development: a progressive strength training class that works through three specific training phases; mechanical tension, hypertrophy, and integrated strength
