BODYATTACK is a high intensity, easy to follow workout with simple, sports-inspired moves. It’s great for your cardiovascular fitness.

BODYATTACK is a whole body workout that can be adjusted to your current fitness level – instructors will give you lots of options to tailor your workout to suit you.

BODYATTACK classes go for 55 minutes, but we also have a few 45 minute and express 30 minute classes. View our timetable here.

How to join

Members can book a spot in BODYATTACK via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk. 

Classes are $19 each or $10.50 for pensioners/seniors or concession cardholders. This includes entry to the pools before or after your class.
