Les Mills Strength Development is a progressive strength training program that takes you through a series of 12 workouts featuring slow and controlled movements.
Unlike BODYPUMP, Strength Development focuses on lifting heavier weights for slower tempos, with gradually increasing intensity from workout to workout.
In a 45 minute Strength Development class, you'll:
- Build muscle, improve strength and generate hypertrophy
- Strengthen and stabilise your core
- Learn and refine your technique so you can train more powerfully in the studio and in the gym
