Les Mills Strength Development is a progressive strength training program that takes you through a series of 12 workouts featuring slow and controlled movements.

Unlike BODYPUMP, Strength Development focuses on lifting heavier weights for slower tempos, with gradually increasing intensity with each workout.

In a Strength Development class, you'll:

  • Build muscle, improve strength and generate hypertrophy
  • Strengthen and stabilize your core
  • Learn and refine your technique so you can train more powerfully in the studio and in the gym

Our instructors will coach you through each move, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!

Strength Development classes go for 45 minutes.

CLASS FEES

Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.

Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.

Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
