How much is entry for a birthday party?

We charge casual entry prices for all birthday party attendees. Click here to view our casual entry prices.

Can we pay for our guests entry fees on the day?

Absolutely!

Please provide Reception with a list of expected guests when you arrive on the day. They will check the list off for you and provide you with a sub-total ready for payment as you head off. 

How old can my child be to have a party at Beatty Park?

Any age! Just remember - we do have restrictions on who can enter the water without an adult. 

Children aged 0-5 must remain within arms reach of a person aged 16 years or older at all times while in the water. Older children must be supervised by a person aged 16 years or older.

What time can we book a self-catered party?

On weekends, self-catered parties are only available between 12PM to 6PM due to other bookings.

Booking times vary on weekdays and school holidays. Please get in touch with us to find out more. 

Can we set up earlier than our booked time?

No, your booking will need to include the time it takes for you to set up and pack up.

Please note we only allow 15 minutes between bookings, to give staff time to set up and clean if required.

Do I have to hire items for a self-catered party?

No you don't - you're welcome to use the furniture available outside on the day of your party, however we cannot guarantee its availability.

We do ask that you still fill out the self-catered party form to help us ensure we have the correct number of lifeguards on duty.

When is payment required for hired items?

Payment for hired items is required a minimum of 48 hours before your party commences. Hire items that have not been paid for will not be set up.

Please keep in mind that direct deposits can take up to 5 days to appear in our account. You may be asked to provide us with proof of payment.

Can we bring alcohol?

No. Beatty Park is an alcohol and smoke-free facility. 

Can we bring glass or ceramic?

No. All items brought into Beatty Park must be smash proof or shatter proof. This includes food storage containers and drink bottles.

Can Beatty Park store food for us?

Unfortunately we don't have the facilities to store or keep food cool.

Can we set up indoors if we are bringing our own food?

Unfortunately you can't. Consuming your own food in the cafe or on the indoor pool deck is not permitted.

Can we use a food delivery service for our self-catered party?

No problem! Please just make sure your food delivery is consumed in the outdoor pool area.

If the weather is bad, can we move inside?

Unfortunately this is not an option. Please keep this in mind when booking a self-catered party.

If you are worried about weather, we recommend booking a catered pool party through Cafelife.

Can we stay after our booking has ended?

Absolutely!

We just ask that you pack up and move out of the party area so that staff can put the equipment away or set up for another booking.

How do I cancel a booked self-catered party?

Email beattypark.bookings@vincent.wa.gov.au at least 10 working days prior to your party booking. If payment has already been received, an application to the City of Vincent will need to be made for a refund. Please note administration and/or a cancellation fee may still apply.
