Back to Basics Yoga is a fun and interactive practice that teaches you yoga poses. Each pose is slowed right down to give you time to get in and out of them.

In this class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Its’ the perfect class for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace. It incorporates breathing exercises, helping you improve your breathing while giving you mind-body awareness.

How to join

Members can book a spot in Back to Basics Yoga via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk.

Classes are $19 each or $10.50 for pensioners/seniors or concession cardholders. This includes entry to the pools before or after your class.
