BACK TO BASICS YOGA
Back to Basics Yoga is a fun and interactive practice that teaches you yoga poses. Each pose is slowed right down to give you time to get in and out of them.
In this class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
Regular classes will help you:
- Improve your flexibility, mobility and balance
- Boost strength and endurance
- Reduce anxiety
This is the perfect class for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace. It incorporates breathing exercises, helping you improve your breathing while giving you mind-body awareness.
Please bring your own mat to classes.

CLASS FEES
Group fitness classes are included in all full memberships.
Otherwise, you can join classes casually or save on classes with a multi-entry card.
Casual entry includes use of our heated pools before or after your class.
