At Beatty Park, our gym instructors can quickly provide detailed data about your body composition with our in-house Evolt 360 Body Scanner.
How does it work?
The Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner is a 60 second scan that provides information about your body through more than 40 measurements.
It works by passing a safe electrical current through your feet and hands, which determines your unique muscle mass, fat mass and more.
The scan is non-invasive, and only requires you to remove your shoes, step on the scales and hold the handles.
Your results will be sent directly to your phone via the Evolt Active app and printed out for our gym instructors to discuss with you during your 15 minute consultation.
Prior to your scan, it is recommended you:
- Download and register for the free Evolt Active app so you can access your results on your phone
- Do not work out beforehand if possible
- Do not consume alcohol within 24-48 hours beforehand
- Do not consume caffeine, pre-workouts, thermogenic (fat burners) or diuretics
- If applicable, take note of where you are in your menstrual cycle for consistency of readings
- Ensure you are well hydrated
Follow-up scans are recommended 6-8 weeks under the same conditions as your first scan for the most accurate readings and comparison.

What does it cost?
An Evolt 360 Body Scan is $15 for Beatty Park members and $30 for non-members.
Bookings must be made in advance and payment is required at time of booking.
