The Les Mills GRIT series is a 30 minute HIIT workout designed to blast all your major muscle groups and put your metabolism into overdrive – burning calories for hours after your workout.

GRIT works to rapidly improve strength while increasing lean muscle and aerobic fitness.

The GRIT series includes:

  • GRIT Strength

    Uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to get you fit fast.
  • GRIT Cardio

    Features high impact body weight exercises to increase speed and maximise calorie burn.
  • GRIT Athletic

    Uses a step, bodyweight exercises and sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance.

How to join

Members can book a spot in GRIT via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk. 

Classes are $11 each or $10.50 for pensioners/seniors or concession cardholders. This includes entry to the pools before or after your class.
