Aquabalance is an empowering somatic water exercise experience. Flowing effortless movements are synchronised with breath work and performed to soothing music in the indoor warm water environment. This is followed by flotation or visualisation exercise to increase self-health awareness. With regular sessions, you’ll experience an increase in energy and circulation.

This class is suitable for those with chronic fatigue, respiratory issues, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injury or pregnancy.

How to join

Join us for Aquabalance every Saturday at 7:15am in the 25 metre indoor pool.

Members can book a spot in Aqua Balance via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk.

Classes are $19 each or $10.50 for pensioners/seniors. This includes entry to the pools before or after your class.
