Deep Aqua is a low-impact, non-weight bearing form of exercise, so the range of movement and intensity is far greater than you can achieve on dry land, without the impact. You’ll use a flotation belt to perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises.

Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles. The water pressure also helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body. The class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.

How to join

Join us for Deep Aqua four times a week in the 30 metre outdoor pool.

  • Wednesday @ 9:30am
  • Friday @ 9:30am
  • Saturday @ 7:00am

Members can book a spot in Deep Aqua via our Member Portal.

If you’re not a member, simply rock up a little early and pay for your class at our front desk.

Classes are $19 each or $10.50 for pensioners/seniors. This includes entry to the pools before or after your class.
