Our Energywise exercise program is the perfect fitness solution for over 50s, designed to help you improve your physical health while giving you the chance to socialise with like-minded people.

The program involves cross-training techniques in the water and on land, allowing you to try a range of different classes in a safe, supervised and supportive environment.

Our one-hour Energywise sessions happen every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:15PM.


Energywise is ideal for seniors of all fitness levels, and every class can be tailored to suit your abilities.

Regular exercise can help you:

  • Reduce the risk of serious health complications
  • Delay the ageing process and feel more energetic
  • Brighten your mood and lower your stress levels


  • $11.00 per casual class, which includes a complimentary swim afterwards
  • $187.00 for our 10 week program, which includes 20 sessions
  • $27.50 for your fitness appraisal (normally $60)

Energywise classes are included in our full access memberships.

Seniors can save 20% off full access memberships (with a valid Senior/Pensioner card) or can take advantage of our Off-Peak membership.

How to join

Simply turn up 15 minutes before the class and enrol. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes and bring a towel, bathers and water bottle.

You will need to bring a medical clearance from your GP before your first class. It is also highly recommended you complete a fitness appraisal with our qualified gym staff prior to starting the Energywise program. Fitness appraisals can be booked with our gym team and are discounted for Energywise participants.
