Working towards a more water wise Beatty Park

Beatty Park Leisure Centre is committed to using water responsibly and reducing water use across our facility.

The review is focused on reducing unnecessary water use, improving operational efficiency and identifying maintenance opportunities while maintaining customer comfort, safety and service standards.

This includes looking at our pools, showers, taps, amenities, cleaning practices, maintenance systems and day-to-day operations.

We are also working closely with our staff and community to build greater awareness of the value of water and the simple actions we can all take to reduce unnecessary water use.

With more than a million visits to Beatty Park each year, even small changes can make a significant difference. By improving efficiency and reducing waste, we can help secure Western Australia's water resources while continuing to provide a safe, high-quality experience for our community.

This initiative also supports the City of Vincent's broader sustainability objectives and commitment to responsible environmental management.

Keep an eye out around the centre for Waterwise information, practical tips and updates on the improvements we are making.
