To the flow of R&B and Hip Hop bangers, you’ll push through climbs, sprints, and upper body moves that fire up your arms and core. It’s high-energy music-driven, and the ultimate full body cardio workout.
BODYPUMP works the whole body using a barbell and weight plates to shape and tone your muscles, while burning up to 560 calories per session.

Les Mills Strength Development focuses on lifting heavy weights for slower tempos.
BODYBALANCE is a low impact workout inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
