In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises that it is considering a proposal to enter into a lease with Beatty Park Physiotherapy Pty Ltd on the following key terms:

The Beatty Park Physiotherapy Pty Ltd has demonstrated an effective working relationship with the City over the last three years and provides an excellent service to Beatty Park Leisure Centre and its patrons.
