Throwdown Extreme features a healthy balance of cardio and strength exercises. Cardio movement is target based and strength exercises are focused on higher resistance and less reps.
Power Flow Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa class with a focus on synchronised breath-to-movement to deliver a more athletic and physical practice.
It is recommended that participants have a basic knowledge of yoga principles prior to attending this class.
Deep Aqua is a low-impact, non-weight bearing form of exercise, so the range of movement and intensity is far greater than you can achieve on dry land, without the impact.

Throwdown Thru The Roof blasts your cardio and muscle capacity with lots of short, intense intervals to improve athletic capacity and fat burning.

Aqua HIIT is a high intensity interval training class that alternates short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. The buoyancy properties of the water allow you to work at a higher level with less impact on your body.
