As one of the quickest ways to get fit, HIIT training is a great workout for burning fat, boosting metabolism and feeling amazing. At Beatty Park, we offer a range of different classes to suit all fitness levels! Learn more about each workout below.


  • Spin and RPM Express:
    A 30 minute, high-intensity cycle class that will improve fitness while burning fat and calories.
    30 minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using weights to get you in shape super-fast!
    A 30 minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, using step and weight plates. This class is designed to make you perform like an athlete. 
    A 30 minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session featuring explosive, high impact body-weight exercises to get you super fit, super-fast.
  • Throwdown Classes:
    A combination of high-intensity, high volume interval and variable intensity training (HIIT). Each session will be different using the Throwdown Rig and other cardio pieces that will give you fitness results FAST!
  • 30min Attack:
    A 30 minute, high-intensity workout with simple, easy to follow athletic moves and advanced strength work


All these classes will get you fit faster! They will also burn calories and body fat. Great for cardiovascular fitness and strength building.
