Enrolment Information

Our program runs from the start of February to mid December without breaking for school holidays. This improves continuity and consistency which research shows is fundamental for effective teaching and provides the opportunity for students to move on to the next level as soon as they are ready to do so. It also eliminates the need to re-enrol every term. In the future, we are hoping to offer the option of online changes and re-enrolments for clients who have chosen to have a break from classes. Clients can withdraw and join classes at any time throughout the year (48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled direct debit payment will be required for withdrawals from the program with the exception of medical reasons - see Swim School Policies for further details).

All payments are in the form of a regular direct debit every four weeks from your nominated bank account. This ensures a streamlined and simple administration procedure for our customers. It also ensures that our staff can focus on the most important aspect of our program - the students.
