Our Personal Trainers are fitness professionals qualified to design an individualised exercise program that suits you. Our qualified Personal Trainers not only understand the principles of anatomy, physiology and exercise, they have the expertise and motivational skills needed to help you meet your fitness goals.

Please note: We require medical clearance for men and women over 45 years of age prior to undertaking a fitness appraisal. This is a safety precaution we are obliged to take for the benefit of your health, safety and well-being.

What to bring & what to wear

Please bring a towel and a water bottle with you for your workouts. Please wear comfortable clothes. A shirt and closed shoes are required.
