HOW IT WORKS ποΈ
Please complete the personal training request form and send it through to Beatty Park Gym. We'll contact you to arrange a time to meet and discuss:
- Your fitness goals – what you're wanting to achieve from personal training
- Your current fitness or activity levels
- Any pre-existing health conditions or concerns
From there, your personal trainer will:
- Design an exercise program according to your goals
- Train you to exercise effectively and safely, with positive reinforcement and feedback
- Keep you accountable, focused and on track
