Mandatory Contact Register

Published on Tuesday, 1 December 2020 at 9:11:14 AM

From 5 December 2020, Beatty Park Leisure Centre will be required to maintain contact registers for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing.

To assist with contact registers, the WA Government has developed a free app, SafeWA, which will make it easy for patrons to check in at Beatty Park.

Beatty Park Leisure Centre will be using the SafeWA app alongside paper sign in sheets to record mandatory contact details. We encourage all users of Beatty Park to download the SafeWA app to make your entry a quicker process. We recommend downloading the app before arriving and scanning the QR code on entry, a digital receipt will then be shown to staff on entry.

The data that will be collected includes your name, contact number, date and time of entry.

Please allow for extra time to register before entering each time.

This is a mandatory requirement from the WA Government and we ask that all patrons are patient with us. We are all in this together, any abuse of our staff or patrons will not be tolerated.
