MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

When will my membership recommence?

The COVID suspension will be removed from Monday 6 July.

All memberships were placed on suspension automatically on 23 March.

I'm a member and do not want to use the Centre at this time, can I suspend my membership past 6 July?

We are offering additional suspension time to members who do not wish to return for various reasons. Members must apply for the suspension in writing – either via email or a suspension application form completed at the Centre. Each application will be assessed on a member to member basis. The offer will be available to 31st August 2020 without affecting your membership suspension balance. If members wish to suspend further, you will need to use the balance of your suspension time. Please email reception.bp@vincent.wa.gov.au

Direct Debit members; charges associated with my membership

Due to your membership being on suspension during COVID-19, you may have missed a direct debit payment. Direct debit payments are paid for the month in advance. Depending on when your direct debit is scheduled, you may owe a pro rata amount until your next full debiting date.

For further information on your billing cycle and charges please contact us.

Swimming Lessons will recommence from 6 July 2020

The Beatty Park Swim School is pleased to announce that Swimming Lessons will be recommencing as of Monday 6 July 2020

If you would like to register your interest in joining our Swim School please submit your application forms and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Why isn't the spa, sauna or steam room open?

The spa/sauna/steam room will remain closed due to the size of the area and the restriction of 1 person per 2sqm, we are unable to maintain safe physical distancing.

Will the creche be open?

The Beatty Park Creche is open!

Opening Hours; Monday - Friday 8:45am - 12:00pm

Bookings are essential before arriving to the Centre and can be made during creche hours on 9273 6088. Children up to 5 years old will be allowed in to the creche. For more information about the creche please contact the team.

Will the Swim Shop be open?

Yes, the Swim Shop is open. Physical distancing rules apply within the shop.

What social distancing measures has Beatty Park put in place?

We are just as excited as you are to reopen the doors but please do not high five, hug or shake hands with others. The Centre will look a little different to how you last saw it with physical distanced markings on the floor and protective screens at Customer Service desks now installed. We also encourage all members to use EFTPOS facilities instead of cash.

What additional cleaning has been implemented?

Beatty Park has installed multiple hand sanitising stations. As you enter the building you will be required to sanitise your hands. We have allowed for adequate cleaning time in between Group Fitness classes to ensure a thorough clean is completed before the next class commences. All shared equipment will be disinfected and cleaned between use.

We have increased our cleaning roster.

Can I come in if I haven't been feeling well or have been in contact with someone that has been unwell?

To keep everyone safe, we ask that if you have been feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone that has been unwell, please do not visit the Centre.

Will I be able to use cash at Beatty Park?

Contactless payment is preferred. If for any reason you are unable to use EFTPOS facilities, cash will be accepted.

I'm unable to use the Centre at the moment, do you have any other options for me?

We understand that you may not be able to use the Centre during these times. We have developed Beatty Park Healthy at Home, which features workouts created by our trainers, guided video workouts by our instructors PLUS some great healthy recipes. Simply check out our website for more information, www.beattypark.com.au.

Can I be asked to leave the Centre if I'm not adhering to physical distancing rules?

Yes, the safety of everyone is our priority. If you are not adhering to physical distancing rules, you will be asked to leave. We are all in this together, any abuse of our staff or patrons will not be tolerated.
