Beatty Park 6 Week Wellness Challenge

We are launching our first 6 week wellness challenge! If you're ready to reach your wellness and fitness goals join us on 6 May.

The challenge includes:

  • Initial consultation with trainer to set your challenge goals, including a body scan at the beginning and end of challenge to see how far you've come.
  • Support throughout the 6 weeks from your dedicated gym trainer
  • Nutrition app to keep your nutrition on track including recipes, shopping lists, weekly meal preparation
  • Health and results tracking via the Tanita app.
  • Weekly training program and menu uploaded weekly
  • Private Facebook group to chat to others taking the challenge, ask your trainer questions , post your weekly triumphs, and your 'not so' successful days 😥

The challenge kicks off on Monday 6 May and runs to Sunday 16 June.

Register on or before Friday 3 May to secure your spot! Please note registration, payment and initial assessments must be completed by Friday 3 May.
