We have over 100 Group Fitness Classes per week including the professional Les Mills Programs and Freestyle classes, Circuit, various Aqua Fitness classes and Yoga. Come along and join in the group atmosphere in one of our 3 air-conditioned rooms and get fit together. All the Group Fitness classes are included as part of any Beatty Park full membership or you can pay as you go.

Group Fitness The Group Fitness program, which include Les Mills classes, caters for participants of different fitness levels. Les Mills Grit (TM) and SPRINT now included.
INDOOR CYCLING

RPM TM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.

SPRINT is 30 minutes of high intensity indoor cycling to get you the results fast!

SPIN is a freestyle indoor cycling class providing an intense fat burning workout

Aqua Fitness Class types include: Aqua Pilates, Aqua Kick Box, Aqua HIIT, Aqua 4 All, Aqua Balance, Aqua ZUMBA, Deep Aqua & Ante Natal
Energywise A wise exercise program choice for energetic mature adults that utilises 'cross training' techniques in water and on land.
Throwdown classes

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15am (45 mins)
COMBO – CARDIO/POWER
• A combination of high intensity, high volume interval and variable intensity training. Each session will be different using a range of equipment including the throw down rig and cardio pieces that will give you fitness results FAST!

Wednesday: 9.15am (45 mins)
FUNCTIONAL/STABILITY
• This session includes flexibility, core work, balance training, resistance training and cardio exercises. The emphasis is on technique and to build greater functionality.

Saturday: 9.15am (1 hour)
THROUGH THE ROOF!
• This class will blast your cardio and muscle capacity with lots of short, intense intervals that will provide improved athletic capacity and fat burning. Be prepared to work hard, get a sweat on using the throw down rig, cardio equipment and the trainer’s imagination.

Hints

  • Casual entry or multi-entry ticket available for all classes.
  • We recommend you bring a drink bottle to all classes.
  • Workout towels are essential in group fitness, circuit classes and in the Gym.
  • No entry to classes 5 minutes after they have commenced.
